why is it that i feel guilty when i know what was done is right? a co-worker was let go last night and she didn't even see it coming. yes, she she should be responsible for her actions (or lack there of). but at the same time i feel guilty that we as a department made some comments to a supervisor (all very true) that probably influenced managements decision to escort her out. i fell like we're back in elementary school and tattled to a teacher which in turn got someone sent to the principals office. only we're not in elementary anymore and things are a little more extreme when you have no job to pay the rent. she deserved what she got (and i think that more and more as i've spent the last hour correcting her work), but then why do i feel guilty?

Because you have a good heart. You love looking out for other people. Know that you did the right thing and for that you will be rewarded. Keep your head high, and don't let the devil make you feel guilty, because you are God's child, and you did the right thing. Way to go L!
