research

so lately, due to the lack actual work coming into our office, i've been asking my sister and a few friends for "research projects". something to keep me occupied during the never ending days, weeks, months. these research projects have varied from checking out laptops to baby strollers, or reading up on marie antoinette (after watching the recently released dvd). however, today my research has been focused on something that involves a lot more of my hard earned dollars (i realize that "hard earned dollars" doesn't exactly fit my previous statement of "lack of work", but i've worked hard the last few months at keeping up with my emailing and blog checking. ha!) today's research project has been deciding what type of car i should purchase. it's overwhelming. i've got dollar signs, km's, fuel milage, and details that i don't understand running through my brain. and why is it that the vehicle i want suddenly doesn't come as highly recommended as i though it previously did? we spent all day saturday (literally) test driving cars, i've spent the morning checking out consumer reviews, auto traders, and dealership websites and all i have to say is... i'm confused. just when i think i've decided on a cute little car, i hear or read something that almost changes my mind. what to do, what to do? i think i'm better suited for shoe shopping rather than car shopping.
