priorities

there's something about having this cold that's got my priorities all messed up. for example, last night i felt it was far more important to make sure that i wash and vacuum my car and watch canada's next top model instead of emptying the dishwasher or doing some laundry. and while i was trying to fall asleep it occurred to me that i was far more concerned that i wouldn't have time to paint my nails tonight than i was about making sure i would be packed for the weekend. hmmm, pretty toes and a clean car or clothes to wear?
